No. Your original bill is never shared with anyone. We only extract technical data (kWh usage, tariff rate) for analysis purposes. The original bill is encrypted and auto-deleted after 90 days.
Most leads are matched within 24 hours. Installers are recommended to contact within 2 hours of purchasing your lead for best results.
For residential solar, the minimum is 5kW. Commercial, agricultural and industrial projects have higher minimums based on property type.
Visit the Installer Portal → Register. Complete the registration form with your company details, certifications, and service regions. Approval typically takes 24–48 hours.
Exclusive is a purchase option available on any verified lead. When you click "Claim Exclusive", you become the ONLY installer with access to that lead. First click wins and permanently locks the lead for you. Zero competition.
After purchasing a lead, contact them (ideally within 2 hours). When both you and the lead provider confirm contact through the platform within 7 days, 5% of the purchase price is automatically credited to your SolrBonus. No claim required. Cashback expires 90 days from credit date and is subject to activity unlock stages.
Yes. 7-day refund window from purchase date. Refund requests are admin-reviewed. Credits issued to platform credits (not bank/mobile money). Refund eligibility criteria apply. See the full Refund Policy and Installer Agreement.
SolrCredit holds real deposits — never expires. SolrBonus holds promotional credits (bonuses, cashback, referrals) — each credit expires 90 days from credit date. Both SolrCredit and SolrBonus are non-withdrawable (can only be used for lead purchases). See full Platform Credit Terms.
During your first 60 days after registration approval, every recharge to your SolrCredit is matched 100% in SolrBonus credits. Cap: $200 per recharge, $500 total across all recharges. Founding member bonus (25% first recharge, $100 cap) is separate and stacks with this.
SolrBonus credits are released in 5 stages: Stage 1 — $50 immediately when credited. Stage 2 — $100 additional after your first lead purchase. Stage 3 — $150 additional after 3 purchases total. No. Platform Credits credits (both Main and Bonus) are non-withdrawable and can only be used for lead purchases within SolrMarket. This is clearly stated in the Terms of Use and Installer Agreement.
