Your electricity bill is never shared with installers. Only extracted technical data (kWh, tariff, meter type) is used. The original bill file is encrypted at rest and deleted per the retention windows below.

1. Who We Are

SolrMarket is the data controller for personal data submitted via solrmarket.ai and its subdomains. Privacy queries: privacy@solrmarket.ai.

2. Data We Collect — Lead Providers

Name, email, phone, optional WhatsApp number, property address, GPS coordinates, property type, system size, optional electricity bill, digital signature, IP address, device info.

3. Data We Collect — Installers

Company name, registration number, tax ID, contact person details, certifications, payment transaction records (no card numbers stored), login activity, purchase history.

4. How We Use Your Data

Verify identity, prevent fraud, score and match leads, process payments, send transactional communications, improve AI scoring (on aggregated, de-identified data where possible), comply with legal obligations.

5. Data Sharing

Lead Provider contact details are shared only with verified installers who purchase access. We never sell personal data. We never share electricity bill files.

6. Data Retention

Electricity bills deleted within the retention window. Lead contact details time-limited per contact window. Account data retained for legal/tax compliance.

7. Legal Basis & Applicable Law

We observe Kenya DPA 2019, South Africa POPIA, Nigeria NDPA 2023, India DPDP Act 2023, EU GDPR (where applicable), and applicable data protection laws of every country we operate in.

8. Your Rights

9. International Transfers

Personal data transfers apply appropriate safeguards — standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, or your explicit consent.
