Terms of Use

SolrMarket is a lead marketplace intermediary only. We connect solar project owners with verified installers across 55 nations. We are not a party to any installation contract, do not provide engineering services, and are not a licensed payment institution.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SolrMarket, you confirm you are at least 18, have legal authority to enter into this agreement, and accept these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy in full.

2. Platform Description

SolrMarket operates an AI-powered marketplace connecting solar project owners (Lead Providers) with verified solar installation companies (Installers) across 55 nations (54 Africa + India).

3. Lead Provider Terms

Lead submission is free for consumers. By submitting a lead, you consent to your verified information being shared with verified installers who choose to access your project. Contact-sharing periods are time-limited per the Privacy Policy.

4. Installer Terms

Installers are bound by the separate Installer Agreement and Data Processing Agreement. SolrCredit and SolrBonus are closed-loop, non-withdrawable platform credits used exclusively for lead purchases.

5. Platform Credits

SolrCredit and SolrBonus are issued and governed under the Platform Credits terms. They are not money, not stored value, not electronic money. Refunds, where eligible, are returned as SolrCredit.

6. Limitation of Liability

SolrMarket's liability is limited to the value of the specific transaction giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for installation failures, disputes between Lead Providers and Installers, or force majeure events.

7. Intellectual Property

SolrMarket, SolrLeads, SolrOS, SolrSupply, SolrScore, SolrIntent, SolrVerify, SolrFit, SolrPotential, SolrProfile, SolrCredit, SolrBonus and the SolrMarket logos are proprietary marks of SolrMarket Ltd.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to: misrepresent your identity, attempt to circumvent verification, submit false projects, harass installers or consumers, use bots or scrapers, reverse-engineer SolrScore, or resell information obtained from the platform.

9. Account Termination

SolrMarket may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, the Installer Agreement, fraudulent activity, or violation of applicable law.

10. Modifications

SolrMarket may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes shall be resolved by the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration (NCIA). Seat: Nairobi. Language: English.
