Eligibility & Process

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued as SolrCredit only. Refunds are never paid to bank, mobile money, or any external account. Refund requests must be submitted within the published refund window from purchase date.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are evaluated on these grounds: (a) contact details (phone/email) found to be invalid after purchase, confirmed by SolrMarket's verification team; (b) lead was a duplicate of a previously purchased lead within the same billing cycle; (c) lead did not match the advertised category or location after purchase; (d) technical error resulted in incorrect lead delivery; (e) lead cancelled by consumer before contact window opened.

2. Refund Ineligibility

Refunds will NOT be issued if: the lead was not contacted within the published contact window; the lead declined to proceed with solar installation; the lead changed their mind after initial contact; the refund request is submitted after the refund window; the Installer has already confirmed contact with the lead.

3. Refund Process

Submit your request to refunds@solrmarket.ai within the refund window. Include: Lead ID, purchase date, reason, and supporting evidence — including in-platform Hybrid Chat history showing your contact attempts. Admin reviews within published response windows.

4. Evidence Requirements

You should retain evidence of contact attempts within the SolrMarket Hybrid Chat system. External contact methods (third-party WhatsApp, personal email) may be considered but in-platform chat is the preferred and most reliable evidence source.

5. Refund Caps & Limits

SolrMarket reserves the right to limit or decline refund requests where a pattern of abuse is detected — repeated requests on the same lead, sudden spikes in refund requests, or coordinated refund campaigns.

6. Bonus Portion of Refunds

Where a lead purchase was paid partly in SolrCredit and partly in SolrBonus, the approved refund will be split accordingly. The SolrBonus portion is subject to standard SolrBonus rules.

7. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, escalate to refunds@solrmarket.ai. Unresolved disputes are governed by the dispute resolution clauses of the Installer Agreement and Terms of Use.
