Installer Agreement

This Agreement governs your access to the SolrMarket Installer Portal. It supplements the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement, and Platform Credits terms.

1. Eligibility & Registration

You must be a registered business entity, hold applicable solar installation licences or certifications, pass KYC verification, and operate in at least one active country. Registration is subject to approval.

2. SolrCredit & SolrBonus

SolrCredit is the closed-loop platform credit for lead purchases. SolrBonus is bonus credit issued from promotions, cashback, and referrals. Both are non-withdrawable. SolrCredit never expires; SolrBonus expires per credit date.

3. Founding Bonus

Founding bonus credit may be issued to a limited cohort of approved installers, in an amount and structure determined by SolrMarket and shown in your installer dashboard.

4. Recharge Match Bonus

During the defined onboarding window, eligible installers may receive matching bonus credit on SolrCredit recharges. Current rate and caps are shown in your dashboard.

5. Activity Unlock — SolrBonus

SolrBonus credits are released in stages tied to platform activity. Current framework is on the Platform Credits page. SolrBonus expires from credit date regardless of unlock status.

6. Lead Purchase

Three tiers: Standard (5 slots), Premium (3 slots), Exclusive (1 only). Exclusive locks a lead to a single installer with first-click priority — non-reversible, non-transferable.

7. Contact Obligation

Installers are expected to contact purchased leads within the published contact-eligibility window. Failure may affect refund and cashback eligibility.

8. Cashback on Confirmed Contact

Subject to current rates, SolrBonus cashback may be credited when both installer and lead provider confirm contact.

9. Referral Program

Earn SolrBonus credit for verified referrals: Lead Referral (referred consumer's lead is purchased) and Installer Referral (referred installer completes first qualifying purchase). Self-referrals are not eligible.

10. Refunds

Governed by the Refund Policy. Refund requests within the published window are admin-reviewed with evidence. Approved refunds returned as SolrCredit.

11. Anti-Abuse

SolrMarket monitors for duplicate accounts, fake referrals, false contact confirmations, bulk resale of leads, manipulation of scoring or bonus systems. Violations result in immediate account termination.

12. Data Protection

Installers are bound by the Data Processing Agreement. Lead data may only be used for the specific solar installation enquiry it was purchased for.

13. Governing Law

Laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes resolved by NCIA. Seat: Nairobi. Language: English.

14. Modification

SolrMarket may modify this Agreement. Material changes communicated via the installer portal or email.
